Kathy's Red Pepper Pasta

2 Red peppers halved, cored, grilled and purreed
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup parmesan
2 tbsp cream cheese
4 tsps olive oil
1/4 tsp pepper
pinch hot red pepper flakes
1 tbsp each of basil, parsley and oregano

Puree all in food processor and spoon over cooked penne pasta.
ENJOY!
